Your focus will be to proficiently execute door-to-door field sales in your assigned community. You will need to understand customer insights and evaluate customer needs, while building relationships within the community with residents and businesses to drive sales forward.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily door-to-door sales to increase broadband sales within your community.
2. Promote the company through local marketing schemes.
3. Build and maintain relationships with residents and local businesses.
4. Understand community insights and assess customer needs.
5. Generate leads independently and convert prospects into customers within your assigned area.
6. Previous experience in door-to-door sales is preferred.
7. Confident approach and understanding of field sales techniques.
8. Experience in building customer interest in products.
9. Telecoms sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
10. An army background is advantageous, as the company values candidates from this background.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary: £25,000 per annum.
* Uncapped commission (up to 30%), with an OTE of approximately £60,000 per year.
* Company car provided (business use only).
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
