This apprenticeship role is delivered by Robert Bosch Ltd.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, acting as a liaison between the customer and other members of the Aftersales team, including Technicians and Managers.
A key part of your role will involve interacting with customers, scheduling vehicle service appointments, and processing payments. You will be responsible for managing all administrative and customer relations tasks within the service department.
Unless otherwise agreed, this apprenticeship will begin when our next intake starts in Spring 2025.
While duties may vary slightly depending on the employer and the size of the company, typical responsibilities include:
1. Addressing customer concerns and communicating with technicians
2. Scheduling and booking vehicle services
3. Informing customers about any additional work required
4. Estimating repair times and costs
5. Managing customer complaints
6. Responding to customer inquiries and requests
7. Monitoring the progress of vehicles in the workshop
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will achieve the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 qualification.
