Administrative Officers carry out a variety of general administrative duties to progress cases through the court or provide support to other functions within the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service
Some of the responsibilities for an Admin Officer are;
To undertake a number of general administrative duties including:
Processing and distributing incoming mail to colleagues which comprises of writs, summonses, simplified divorces, enquiries and other documents.
Creating and updating records on our in-house computer system and data input
Producing court documents
Preparing files for court hearings
General photocopying and filing
Dealing with numerical calculations
Accounting for monies in accordance with financial guidelines
Undertake light portering duties as required

You will be notified if you have been selected to progress to the Assessment stage by Tuesday 11 February 2025. The closing date for the assessment stage is 11:59pm on Thursday 13 February 2025.
Interviews are expected to be held week beginning 24 February 2025
