What the Job Involves The role involves leading the development and delivery of a flexible workforce and practice development program for Children and Families staff and foster carers. You will oversee the implementation and evaluation of development strategies, collate and analyze management data, and report on service improvement plans. You will identify and commission training programs in alignment with strategic needs and ensure effective induction and development programs for new staff. Additionally, you will develop cost-effective, sustainable methods of delivery and ensure social work values and ethics are embedded in all workforce development activities.
