AKS Lytham is looking to appoint a Clerk to the Foundation and Alumni at an exciting time. With the newly established Marketing and Development Office and the launch of the AKS Lytham Foundation, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the governance and growth of a thriving educational charity and alumni community.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced administrative professional to work closely with the Chair of Trustees and the Director of Marketing, Development & Engagement. You will provide essential support in the following areas:
* Organising and minuting meetings
* Maintaining regulatory compliance and key records
* Assisting with the planning and execution of major Foundation events
* Supporting alumni relations and database management
The successful candidate will have a background in senior-level administration, with at least two years of experience in a senior secretarial role or similar. You will need to be highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities, and confident in liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.
A strong understanding of confidentiality is essential, as is the ability to maintain professionalism in all situations.
