Product Selection: Ensure products are selected correctly, meeting customer specifications and needs. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Liaise Across Teams: Work closely with customers, area sales managers, and the management team to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales processes. Software Utilisation: Maximize use of CRM, accounting, and sizing software for smooth sales operations and efficient record-keeping.
