As a Private Care Liaison, you will be working alongside your team to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and healthcare workers. Utilising your customer service experience, you will be responsible for completing team rotas and engaging with clients and care staff to ensure that the care delivered is of the highest standard.
Ellea Nursing provides bespoke premium private care nationwide for self-funded clients. We work with our service users to tailor care to support their exact requirements, no matter how unique their circumstances are. We provide holistic support from professionals our clients can trust, whether it is temporary post-operative support, or a loved one requiring long-term palliative care in their own home.
Everyday you will…
* Liaising with high net worth clients
* Ensuring confidentiality
* Rota management/booking shifts for agency staff
* Answering queries from agency staff, signposting to payroll etc
* For new packages you’ll be establishing rotas, arranging meet and greets with agency staff and clients, working with the clinical leads to coordinate dates for training, working with the recruitment team who source the agency staff.
