We're looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited about the potential for unlimited earnings. This role is based in our Chelmsford office but will involve regular travel to Harlow to cover clients there, so applicants must be drivers with their own car. It's about more than just filling vacancies; it's about connecting with businesses and candidates to create successful matches and grow opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full 360 recruitment, including winning your own business
2. Entrepreneurial management of your own desk
3. Strategic business development through B2B sales calls and written sales
4. Sourcing candidates using Reed.co.uk (UK's largest CV database) and Indeed
5. Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter to map clients and candidates
6. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
7. Negotiating and closing deals with clients and candidates
