Receptionist – Mercia Park, Tamworth
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for DSV Mercia Park. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Meeting & greeting visitors
* Booking meeting rooms
* Ordering catering for meetings
* Order tea, coffee, sugar and milk for the buildings
* Order stationary for the domicile building
* Deal direct with Harwich with regards to access cards.
* Deal with deliveries to the office and distribute to the relevant people
* Control of main gate and turnstiles
* Raising PO’s where necessary
* Webcost queries
* Or any other things which they could take on to help the divisions.
Requirements
* Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Well presented
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Multitasking and prioritising
* Being proactive
* Well organised
* Friendly and polite
* Able to deal with difficult situations
