This role is crucial in growing our UK business—achieving annual turnover and profit growth targets through the management of a portfolio of high-profile retail partners. If you’re passionate about retail, love building relationships, and can bring the sparkle with data-driven strategy, let’s talk What You’ll Be Responsible For Manage all aspects of key accounts: listings, launches, terms negotiation, promos, and growth strategy. Drive new business opportunities and optimise existing relationships. Maintain administrative excellence—accurate forecasting, contract management, and sales reports. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless execution. Present compelling brand strategies and seasonal concepts to raise customer engagement. Support product development by feeding in market insights and customer feedback. Use data as your superpower—flag risks, spot trends, and turn challenges into opportunities. Create beautiful, bold, and effective customer-facing presentations. Be a role model for the illooms way—curious, creative, commercial.
