Regional Manager Reporting to the Head of Field Operations the job holder is one of a number of Regional Managers who are responsible for the day to day management of a Nationwide Field Operation comprised of employed and self-employed agents. The successful candidate will be recruiting, training and managing a large team of multi-skilled agents. You will ensure that all Field visits conducted efficiently and effectively in accordance with internal and external service level agreements. This is a 6-month secondment position. Duties: To regularly review Field activities to develop and implement proactive strategies and maximise customer visits to deliver the most cost effective ‘cost to serve’ Maximise staff retention, reduce attrition to grow the Field Operation in line with client requirements to deliver on customer contracts Providing an efficient, flexible and ‘can do’ approach to Operational issues to exceed levels of service delivery, client and customer satisfaction Analyse, assess and monitor field performance using a range of data including internal and external sources. Set and agree targets and incentives for agents and produce and react to trends in performance statistics To ensure that Voice Agent Recording Software (VARS) and where applicable Body Worn Video is at the heart of all Field based activity and that this is fully deployed and agents are suitably trained to operate the applications in use Produce weekly forecasts detailing numerical visits and projected financial income from fee based activities.
