* Job Title: Head of Housing Services – Central Region
* Location: Central region - Covering Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool, and surrounding areas
* Reports to: Director of Housing Services - North
* Salary: c£78,000 per annum
We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Head of Housing Services. As a crucial member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading and driving the housing services strategy and performance within your defined regional boundary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver best-in-sector housing and support services to our Anchor residents.
2. Provide high-profile leadership to operational housing teams.
3. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, responsive services tailored to our diverse range of products.
4. Maintain a highly trained, engaged, and customer-focused workforce.
5. Collaborate with peers to minimise duplication, manage resources efficiently, and foster joint action and learning.
6. Optimise rented housing and homeownership functions.
7. Oversee a strategic function in the business, such as Income Recovery, Resident Wellbeing, Allocations or Homeownership support.
Qualifications and Experience:
We're looking for someone with proven experience and knowledge of the housing sector, including rented housing and homeownership. Your track record in leadership and management, ability to navigate change in a fast-paced environment, and experience in managing multiple functions and priorities will set you apart.
Personal Attributes:
Your strong communication skills, ability to make sound judgments, and capacity to influence others positively will be essential. You'll be a strategic thinker, adept at risk assessment and business and financial planning. Additionally, your resilience, flexibility, and willingness to travel to meet business needs are key attributes we value.
