Cubedigico is seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Support Manager to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business by providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and project support.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, manage resources, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior management, ensuring timely scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Assist in the coordination of cross-functional projects by maintaining schedules, handling logistics, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets.
• Plan, execute, and monitor business support-related projects.
• Support budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice processing.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and clients.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Provide support for team activities, including scheduling meetings, training sessions, and company events.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a business support or administrative role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
