Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm, Saturdays 9:30am to 4:30pm (Saturdays are on a rota, 1 in 4, day off in lieu for working a Saturday).

Duties will include:
* Developing and maintaining a client base with a view to securing lending, protection and general insurance business and looking for any other opportunities to generate revenue.
* Maximising mortgage sales potential with a proactive approach to business development and securing new clients.
* Developing relationships with our estate agency team and other areas of the business to maximise lead and income generation.
* Working closely with your dedicated administrator to ensure that cases move from the point of application to completion in a timely fashion, to deliver the best customer outcome.
* Lead source from our branch network.
Skills required:
* Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
* Have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations
* Possess a professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages & protection
* The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS Check
* An entrepreneurial approach to business.
* Experience of working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.
* Expert knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets.
* The ability to build relationships with the estate agency team and other departments.
* Business development skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
