As a Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical services to our clients, ensuring compliance with legislative, client, and CBRE health, safety, and environmental programs.\n \nAbout the Role:\n \nAs a Technical Supervisor, you will be the site point of contact for all technical service delivery, responsible for managing a team of technicians, and ensuring the effective execution of all maintenance work. You will be the driving force behind maximizing self-performed work, managing specialist subcontractors, and identifying business opportunities for increased scope and additional services.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDeliver technical services that meet or exceed client expectations, while ensuring compliance with legislative, client, and CBRE health, safety, and environmental programs\nManage a team of technicians to deliver technical services, with a focus on maximizing self-performed work\nManage specialist subcontractors to ensure work is carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements\nDrive continuous improvement in technical service delivery, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings\nManage allocated budgets in line with service lines, against the contract model\nProvide solutions and associated quotations for small project works\nIdentify potential business opportunities for increased scope and additional services\nCarry out maintenance and repair activities as required\nManage technical service delivery on siteRequirements:\n\n2+ years of experience in a technical supervisory role, preferably in a facilities management or maintenance environment\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in work order systems and planning and scheduling software\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously and keep them progressing to completion\nEngineering background and competency to accurately estimate labour hours, material requirements, and trade/skills needed to complete a job\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be approachable and tactful\nAbility to read standard blueprints, machine, and process drawings, and to sketch or redline existing drawings\nKnowledge and understanding of maintenance processes, work order systems, planning and scheduling, and storeroom processes\nAbility to provide familiarization training and demonstrate specific job requirements\nWillingness to lead by example, carrying out practical maintenance and installation tasks to a high standardWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nOpportunity to work with a global leader in facilities and corporate real estate management\nCollaborative and dynamic work environment\nProfessional development and growth opportunities\nRecognition and rewards for outstanding performanceHow to Apply:\n \nIf you are a motivated and experienced technical professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, We look forward to hearing from you
