Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £24,000 - £45,000 OTE
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm + 1 in 3 weekends
My client is a leading Estate agency based in Manchester, recruiting for an experienced Senior Negotiator to join their very successful team.
You will manage your own portfolio of properties across the UK, handling all aspects of the portfolio while maintaining a high level of customer service to secure sales in the shortest period of time possible.
Senior Sales Negotiator Responsibilities:
1. Looking after a manageable portfolio and selling a targeted number of residential properties.
2. Arranging viewings from the office and capturing feedback (NO SITE VISITS).
3. Presenting and accepting offers.
4. Upselling services.
5. Updating and maintaining notes for your portfolio.
6. Negotiating sales and managing all aspects of the sale process.
7. Building a strong rapport with sellers and buyers.
8. Using Rightmove & Rightmove + to produce comparables and judge the current market.
Skills and Experience:
1. Driven and money-hungry with a successful track record in property sales.
2. Career-focused with a strong work ethic and customer focus.
3. A dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property.
4. A proven record of negotiation and sales with 2 years of experience in the Residential Property Market.
5. Consistently exceeded negotiation/sales targets/goals.
6. Confident sales pitch and professional manner.
7. Ability to negotiate deals where everyone wins.
8. Outstanding people skills.
