We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience working in a specialist mental health facility or similar environment.
* Has experience supervising and mentoring a team.

* Enhanced overtime rates: Earn an extra £2/hour.
* Recognition rewards: Receive £500 during your first year.
* Refer a Friend bonus: Earn £1,000 for every successful referral—unlimited!
* Fully funded training: Opportunities to develop your leadership skills and gain further qualifications.
* Annual pay reviews: We recognise and reward your contributions.
* Private healthcare options: Help with costs for treatments like dental or optical care.
* A supportive workplace: Join a friendly, inclusive team where your voice matters.
