Head of Business Development – Packaging Machinery

* Up to £80,000 per annum Bonus + Car + Exec Package
What You Will Do:
* Developing growth strategies and plans
* Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
* Increasing client base
* Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
* Writing business proposals, customer forecasts
* Negotiating with stakeholders
* Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
* Developing and maintaining strong internal relationships, including overseas offices
What You Will Have:
* Ideally you will have demonstrable experience of selling packaging machinery into the food production sector
* High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
* The ability to self-motivate
* Experience of setting, working to and exceeding targets
