Description
* Provide strategic property advice, including management, regeneration, and asset use.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Conduct property reviews and deliver timely, quality reports.
* Assist with general surveyor duties, adhering to professional standards.
* Prepare reports, attend committees, and ensure high-quality client support.
* Manage projects, maximise income, and meet productivity targets.
* Comply with ISO standards and take on additional tasks as needed.
Profile
* Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Estates-related field.
* 5-10 years of significant post-qualification experience.
* Preferable experience within a Local Authority.
* Possession of a full UK driving licence.
