Operations Manager
Location: Will cover the Midlands and North of the UK so can be flexible on base location

Working hours: 40 hours a week
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee our winter services and ensure top-tier service for our premium customers. You will meet Service Level Agreements through site assessments, audits, team recruitment and management, and ensuring equipment availability during winter. Using our management system, you will monitor Key Performance Indicators and manage subcontractor teams across the Midlands and North UK.
Requirements
* Service Delivery Management: Take full responsibility for ensuring exceptional service delivery within the region, overseeing all operational activities.
* Operator Management: Locate & appoint operators, while managing and controlling gritting and snow clearing operations.
* Equipment and Stock Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of gritting equipment and manage salt stocks by keeping accurate records of purchases and usage, and initiating timely replenishments.
* Business Support: Assist with pricing quotes and site measurements for new business opportunities, liaise with customers on operational matters, and support other areas of the business as needed.
