Role: Photography Lecturer
Contract: Part-Time (3 days per week)
Rate: 30 per hour
Location: Greater Manchester
Eden Brown are recruiting a dynamic and dedicated Photography Lecturer on behalf of a leading Further Education College.
This is delivering Level 2 and Level 3 Photography courses on a part-time, temporary basis over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Full days)
This is an exciting opportunity to share your expertise with aspiring photographers and help them develop technical skills, creativity, and a professional portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons on digital and traditional photography techniques for Level 2 & 3 students.
Provide one-on-one feedback and support to help students reach their full potential, including portfolio development and preparation for further education or professional work.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum level 4 qualification in Photography or a related field (a teaching qualification is a plus).
Proven experience in photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical expertise and creative ability
Teaching experience (Preferably within a Further Education College)
Previous teaching experience is highly desirable, particularly at college level, though those with significant industry experience will also be considered.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students
A current DBS is also needed for this role, if you do not have a current DBS Eden Brown can apply for one on your behalf.
