We’re recruiting a Pricing Manager – Protect (South) within our Motor Risk Pricing team in Reigate. This team looks after the technical and live claims cost models, monitors the day-to-day performance of the portfolio and regularly proposes price changes based on emerging experience. The Role You’ll play a pivotal role in the business as you’ll be responsible for: Maintaining the live claim cost pricing model ensuring pricing accuracy and customer journey are equally considered Developing the suite of price monitoring reports to identify trends at the earliest opportunity Bringing price proposals to the appropriate forums for discussion and approval Working closely with your retail pricing counterparts to deliver good end-to end outcomes Line management for two analysts. What you’ll bring (min criteria) Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Personal Lines pricing Prior experience of using insurance pricing software, e.g. Radar Knowledge of programming languages e.g., SAS, R, and Python Great attention to detail and an analytical mentality.
