Job Description
My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Engineer to join their site near Stirling. You will be working with a successful manufacturer that has a culture on site that is results-driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

The successful Production Engineer will participate in the design of production processes and equipment, support new product development, and solve production issues related to materials, processes, and tooling to improve production efficiency and cost.
Responsibilities:
1. Support R&D and manufacturing with new product introductions
2. Create and modify manufacturing data (production routing and BOM data) within the ERP system
3. Provide technical support to manufacturing operations
4. Develop and maintain production documentation
5. Analyze production processes and information, identifying areas of improvement using Lean, Value, and Quality Engineering principles
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
Experience required:
1. Educated to at least HND level in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or similar
2. Proven experience in a production engineering role
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
5. Experience of Lean Manufacturing
6. CNC Programming advantageous but not essential
