We are seeking a Site Procurement & Contracts Specialist t o play a pivotal role in managing procurement and contracts for this project, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our global standards. What You'll Do: Lead procurement activities, including negotiating with subcontractors and local vendors. Set up subcontracts and purchase orders. Oversee and manage UK-related procurement processes, ensuring compliance and timely delivery. Conduct commercial evaluations and provide recommendations for contractors and vendors. Manage subcontractor communications, progress monitoring, and variations. Participate in project procurement and risk assessment meetings, escalating issues as needed. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement and contract administration on infrastructure projects. Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK contractual law and construction contracts. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills with acute attention to detail. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Technical Acumen: Ability to interface with technical teams and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
