You're a Fire Engineer / Fire Safety Consultant who can deliver first class service time after time. You enjoy applying the principles of science to real life challenges, and you're able to juggle multiple projects from cradle to grave, in a range of disciplines and environments. We have openings at different levels of experience.
BASIC SALARY: Up to £80,000 depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION: Fire Engineer, Fire Safety Consultant, Fire Consultant - Fire Safety
As our Fire Safety Consultant, you'll be self-motivated and driven to provide your clients with the highest standards in fire safety consultancy.
You'll handle projects from cradle to grave providing:
· Comprehensive fire strategies.
· Fire risk assessments.
· Bespoke fire engineering.
· Performance based designs.
· Risk analysis and cost benefit analysis.
Working across multiple sectors from nuclear environments to construction sites throughout the UK and beyond, you'll be spoilt with variety.
To deliver the best possible service to your clients you will:
· Produce fire safety engineering reports.
· Resolve fire engineering concerns by applying accepted principles, codes and standards.
· Review design information including drawings and documents.
· Adhere to regulations, policies and codes of practice, both internally and externally.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Fire Engineer, Fire Safety Consultant, Fire Consultant - Fire Safety
Although you will be based at our new headquarters / training center near Swansea, you'll also spend time on client sites so be prepared to travel and therefore, you must hold a full driving license.
You must be a Fire Engineer or Fire Safety Consultant with:
· A degree or equivalent in a suitable engineering or science discipline.
· Experience in developing and delivering holistic fire safety strategies.
· Experience of implementing the principle of science to real projects.
· Knowledge of appropriate legislation, regulations and procedures nationally and internationally.
· IT literacy with exposure to packages such as, Blue Beam, Microsoft, CAD, Smoke modeling.
Above all, you'll be a creative problem solver with superb organisation and people skills, coupled with drive and desire to deliver the best in fire safety.
