Position: Locum Physiotherapist - Post Covid Recovery Banding : Band 6/7 Location : Taunton Start Date : ASAP Duration : 4 months Hours : Full time (flexible hours available) Rate : £24.00 - £32.00 per hour Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Band 6/7 Locum Physiotherapist to join our Post Covid Recovery team in Taunton. What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapist role? As a Band 6/7 Locum Physiotherapist - Post Covid Recovery, you will be responsible for assessing and managing patients recovering from Covid-19, with a specific focus on those experiencing long-term conditions such as ME/CFS and Post Covid-19 Syndrome. You will work closely with patients on a 1:1 basis to develop self-management strategies and restorative movement techniques, while independently managing a complex caseload. Your role will involve delivering tailored rehabilitation programs to enhance patients' respiratory function and overall physical well-being. Proven experience in clinical practice within the NHS or an equivalent healthcare setting is essential, alongside strong communication and organizational skills to support patient recovery effectively. Qualifications and Experiences: Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Awareness of long-term conditions, specifically ME/CFS and Post Covid-19 Syndrome Experience in managing breathing pattern disorders and restorative movement Demonstrated experience in clinical practice within the NHS or equivalent healthcare provider Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly within a multidisciplinary team Why work with Pulse?
