Position: Company Secretarial Assistant
Location: London
Role:
* Assisting with the organisation and preparation of Board and Committee meetings.
* Preparing and distributing Board packs and meeting agendas.
* Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members and directors.
* Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Liaising with Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors.
* Managing Diligent.
* Assisting in the preparation of the Directors' Report and Strategic Review for inclusion in the annual report and accounts of relevant companies.
* Acting as the coordinator of the Group's CSR activities.

Essential Qualifications:
* Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Demonstrable experience in a Secretariat.
* Excellent minute taking skills.
* Strong working knowledge of Companies Act 2006 and UK Corporate Governance code.
