Guest Service Host - Chertsey, Surrey Job Type: Guaranteed Hours - Seasonal (Fixed End Date) What you'll bring to the team What will I do? Our Guest Experience team play a pivotal role in delivering a safe and fun experience for millions of guests on Thorpe Park’s world class attractions. Day to Day you will be: This role is Front of House, working face to face with guests. Involves assisting guests with accessibility queries and processing Ride Access Pass registrations. Be an ambassador for the resort, as the main source of knowledge and information for guest queries. Taking and resolving guest feedback, both positive and negative discreetly and professionally. Qualifications & Experience An ideal candidate would: Give excellent customer service skills Be able to problem solve Work efficiently in both a team and lone situations Ability to learn systems and new processes/ procedures. Be a strong communicator Be computer literate, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a Point of Sale system.
