As our business looks todeliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Data WorkstreamLead – SAP S/4 Transformation to join our Data & Analytics team to lead the Data workstream in ourS/4 Transformation Programme. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing andmanaging the data workstream, ensuring seamless data migration, archiving,design integration, and governance throughout the project lifecycle. You willalso help develop strategies for the workstream so will need to have deepexpertise in Data Management, Data Integration, SAP S4/HANA, and projectleadership.

1. Bachelor’s degree in STEM field.
2. Proven experience leading data workstreams in large-scale ERP transformation projects, specifically with SAP S/4HANA.
3. Extensive experience in data management within large-scale global SAP transformation programmes.
4. Strong understanding of data management principles, data migration, data integration, and data governance.
5. Strong understanding of Common Data Platform Data warehouse integrations.
6. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and implementation.
7. Experience with data quality tools and technologies.
8. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
9. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
12. SAP certification(s) related to data management and/or S/4HANA is a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be responsible for:
13. Leading and managing the data workstream within the S/4 transformation project. Developing and executing the data strategy, ensuring alignment with overall project goals but also the overall corporate data governance programme. Coordinating with other workstream leads and stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.
14. Designing and leading on data architecture, data design, managing and maintaining a repeatable data load and migration process leveraging standard tools. Designing, planning and overseeing data management solutions within an SAP S/4HANA transformation programme and SAP Master data management for core data domains such as Customer, Vendor, Material and Finance.
15. Designing, planning, and overseeing data migration processes from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the migration process and leaving a new BAU process for this skill to continue in the data team post project delivery. Developing and implementing data integration solutions to facilitate seamless data flow between systems, and developing and implementing data integration for wider Common Data Platform to source data from S/4HANA.
16. Establishing and enforcing data governance policies and standards aligned to the wider data governance transformation programme. Implementing data quality management practices and tools both for project and wider data team. Monitoring and reporting on data quality and compliance.
17. Acting as the primary point of contact for all data-related activities and issues. Engaging with key stakeholders, the chosen system integrator, functional business units, IT teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met. Conducting regular status meetings and providing updates to senior management and project sponsors.
18. Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
19. Developing and managing workstream plans, timelines, and budgets. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with data activities. Ensuring timely delivery of all data-related project milestones and deliverables.
20. Staying current with industry trends and best practices in data management and SAP S/4HANA. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions that benefit both the programme and the wider data team. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the data workstream.
