You will support the design and development of innovative learning experiences that challenge and inspire our learners to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to create immersive, interactive, and personalised learning journeys that are as fun as they are effective. Some of the key things you will get involved in are: Design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of the learners and the organisation. Support the design and development of cutting-edge learning experiences that leverage digital content, gamification, social learning, and other innovative approaches. Create new learning content, where appropriate, to address learning gaps. Curate existing content when developing new learning experiences. This will include Co-Pilot and Cura. Assist in conducting needs assessments and analysing learner requirements to inform the design and development process. Contribute to the creation of assessments that measure learning outcomes and performance improvement. Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in learning experience design and development. Support our learning delivery team and portfolio manager as and when required. Essentials Able to identify performance/learning gaps and conduct needs assessments/focus groups/surveys etc. Good analytical skills to interpret the data gathered during the discovery phase of a project. Familiar with instructional design methodologies and their application to diverse learner needs. Understanding of adult learning theory, learning styles, and evaluation methods. Skilled in developing content using inhouse content platforms - Co-Pilot and Cura. Sound data analysis skills. Strong project management skills. Good active listening skills to understand stakeholder and learner requirements. Effective interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with others. Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Desirable Experience of managing development utilising rapid development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adapt etc) Experience of working with monday.com.
