Account Manager - April Start
Location: Blackburn, Lancashire
Type: Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4.45pm, finish at 12.30pm on Fridays)
Hybrid: Mix of working from home and one day a week in the office
Salary: Starting at £26,250, rising to £27,300 after 6 months (subject to KPIs achieved), and to £28,350 after 12 months

As part of this exciting opportunity, you will engage with a variety of employers across the North West and nationally. These employers will provide high-quality apprenticeship opportunities, and it is your responsibility to act as their main point of contact, cross-selling our full offer and supporting with any training requirements, upskilling needs, and problem-solving. You will also handle warm leads and make appointments to understand the training support they need.
Responsibilities:
1. Be the point of contact for all customer account management matters by regularly holding face-to-face meetings with new and existing customers to discuss account matters, including issues, future needs, concerns, or queries.
2. Provide responsive customer service to new and existing clients by addressing customer inquiries through email, phone, or meetings in a timely manner.
3. Maintain and grow existing client relationships to develop new business leads by upselling and cross-selling our clients' offerings.
4. Manage pipeline and opportunities for both Apprenticeship and Commercial sales against agreed KPIs.
5. Provide weekly updates on sales results against targets.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing information, advice, and guidance on all Apprenticeships, Traineeships, and Commercial training to maximize business income and opportunities.
7. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and customers by gaining robust market knowledge and identifying business growth opportunities within existing and new markets.
