Our client, an international law firm, is looking for an experienced employment Lawyer (with upwards of 6 years’ PQE) for an assignment of 12 months in duration. The assignment is to start ASAP and will focus on the employment aspects of corporate M&A and private equity transactions.
The employment law team is highly ranked within the legal directories and has a wealth of experience in acting for large multinational banking clients, retail sector clients, and law firms. Many of the matters they advise on are multi-jurisdictional in nature.
The team provides a full range of employment law advice, spanning advisory, contentious, and corporate support. Having recently grown the firm’s corporate M&A and Private Equity offering, a lot of corporate support work is being referred to the Employment team. As a result, the firm is looking to bolster their employment corporate support offering.
It is likely that the successful Lawyer will have a strong employment law background, gained within international, city, or leading regional firms. Due to the corporate support focus this role will have, it is essential that the successful employment Lawyer has a good understanding of corporate M&A and Private Equity matters.
The firm has a hybrid working policy, with Lawyers spending 3 days per week in the London office.
