The Opportunity We're currently looking for an Installation & Planning Coordinator to join our busy Sales and Marketing team based at our Alfreton office Key Responsibilities: Liaising with installation partners and customers to arrange product installations Planning and scheduling installations using internal business systems Completing and distributing documentation with precision and accuracy Resolving queries and identifying effective solutions Coordinating product dispatch and keeping all stakeholders updated Maximising installation opportunities Ensuring all post-installation documentation is received and actioned appropriately In this role, you'll see each customer through the full journey - from planning to completion - making sure their experience is as smooth and positive as possible.
