Events Assistant
Joining a fast-paced and dynamic events team, this newly created role will provide essential administration support to both the Events Team and external Event Committees, ensuring the successful delivery of events.
To apply for this position, you must demonstrate excellent administration experience supporting an Events Team. The successful candidate will actively participate in meetings and committee calls, collate data and information to create presentations, manage the production and distribution of committee documentation, and update stream information on the website.
Responsibilities will also include preparing and reviewing content for the event app, setting up and maintaining event web pages, and strong administration support. Additionally, you will offer guidance and respond to queries from external customers.
This is a hybrid role, and you will ideally live in Thanet, Canterbury, Dover, Deal, Whitstable, or Herne Bay in order to travel at least once a month to the office, or other reasonably determined location as required.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break).
