Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is critical in driving Pfida’s growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers through strategic campaigns and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and relationship management, with a passion for ethical finance and fintech innovation.
As a Lead Acquisition Executive, you will manage key initiatives such as SEO, influencer collaborations, paid media campaigns, and events to attract high-quality leads. Your work will directly contribute to expanding Pfida's reach and impact in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· SEO & Digital Presence:
o Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
o Conduct keyword research, optimise website content, and track performance metrics to ensure consistent growth.
· Influencer Partnerships:
o Identify and collaborate with influencers aligned with Pfida’s values and target audience.
o Manage influencer relationships, campaigns, and performance tracking to maximise ROI.
· Paid Media Campaigns:
o Plan and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
o Monitor campaign performance and optimise for lead quality and cost efficiency.
· Partnership Development:
o Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to expand Pfida’s lead generation ecosystem.
o Negotiate and implement partnership agreements to drive mutual growth.
· Lead Nurturing & CRM Management:
o Use CRM tools to track, manage, and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
o Collaborate with the marketing and customer operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and engagement.
· Analytics & Reporting:
o Analyse lead acquisition performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
o Leverage data insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
· Events Management:
o Experience in planning and managing events, including webinars, conferences, and outreach programmes, to support organisational goals.
o Occasionally to attend events and perform responsibilities outside of standard working hours when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar fields
· 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or related fields.
· Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and influencer marketing strategies.
· Experience in event planning and executing partnerships for lead acquisition.
· Proficiency in using CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools (preferably Hubspot)
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
