Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity
Reporting directly into the Team Leader of Payouts, this role is dedicated to proactively enabling the effective day to day management of payout support for our Introducers, Sales Team and Payouts Team.
Following the loading of legally binding documentation carried out by the Payouts team, this role is responsible for contacting our Introducers and requesting missing or incomplete information in order to enable the transaction to continue through to pay out. The role involves working across all verticals of SME Broker to ensure an accurate and timely processing of payments.
To act as an ambassador of the Bank’s vision to; Back more people to go for it in life and in business.
What will your day look like?
* To work closely with our Payout team, Sales team and Operational teams to ensure a first class customer experience whilst achieving the agreed service levels.
* Relaying additional information requirements to our Introducers in a timely and professional manner.
* To ensure that all documentation is present and correct for its final quality checks and payout, ensuring attention to detail at all times.
* To minimise risk to the business by adhering to KYC, risk policies and other regulatory requirements.
What do we expect from you?
* Asset Finance experience would be an advantage in order to relay information with confidence and expertise.
* Ability to deal with multiple priorities and meet SLA’s and KPI’s.
* Ability to successfully interface with various business departments.
* Work within financial services organisations.
* Experience in a sales, sales administration or customer services environment.
