You may have a support/care worker background or have worked previously with pupils with severe learning difficulties as a tutor and/or teacher at different levels, such as Early Years or Post 16. You may have delivered Functional Skills curriculums to Post 16 students. Some of our pupils find it difficult to cope with stress and can face physical challenges. Being able to create a calm and safe environment for pupils will be a great skill to have to support our pupils.
