What we are looking for:
* Assessing and training qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CiLD)
* Experience in teaching, coaching, assessing, or presenting to adult groups
* Passionate, adaptable, and engaging individuals
* Ownership of a car with business use insurance or access to suitable transport
* An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
About the Role:
* Deliver training courses and conduct assessments to professional standards as per organisational requirements
* Maintain your professional competence in your subject area
* Handle building security, venue opening/closing, and lone working
* Collaborate with staff, casual workers, and volunteers to uphold high standards
* Pilot new training initiatives when needed
* Complete and submit course documentation accurately and promptly
