We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective science lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be expected to inspire and motivate students, helping them to develop a love for science and achieve excellent academic results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as required.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the science curriculum and best teaching practices.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. NQT acceptable.
* A degree in a relevant science subject.
* Experience teaching science at the secondary school level.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
