Estimating Assistant Graduate - Draperstown - Permanent

* £Negotiable salary
* Permanent role
* Monday to Friday
* 37 hours per week
* Full training provided

What you'll be doing:
* Assessing material, labour, and plant requirements.
* Preparing correspondence to various parties for obtaining estimates.
* Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain package estimates.
* Reviewing and assessing tenders, ensuring all tender documents are received and correct.
* Resolving cost discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
* Planning and organise work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
* Working in accordance with company Integrated Management System standards.
* Preparing relevant reports and u pdating information as required.
* Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending training.
* Representing and implement an excellent Public Relations and professional image of HBL to clients, design teams, the general public, and within HBL.
* Undertaking other tasks as and when required.
What you'll need for this role:
* Good educational attainment, including minimum GCSE/equivalent in Mathematics & English.
* At least one year of employment gained in accounts or a construction role.
* Excellent IT skills and working experience on a range of IT packages.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
