You will add information to Capita One/Liquid Logic, take minutes at staff /Senior Leadership Team meetings. You will also order items via I procurement, handle petty cash, arrange free school meals, book interpreters along with other office duties. About You The successful candidate will be confident in answering the phone and dealing with enquiries and have the ability to use spreadsheets, excel, word documents, inputting information on to Bolton Council computer systems. You will be able to minute and note taking ability, along with IT procurement orders and undertaking all other office duties e.g., filing and photocopying.
