If you’re skilled in GRESB and thrive in a client-focused setting, this could be your ideal opportunity!\n\nWhat you’ll do as a Sustainability Consultant:\n\nSpearhead GRESB submissions, delivering consistent progress updates to clients worldwide (monthly in Q3 and Q4, biweekly in Q1, and weekly in Q2 leading up to the annual 1st July deadline).\nGuide the certification of real estate assets using key benchmarks like BREEAM In-Use, Fitwel, energy performance ratings, and sustainable site standards.\nCoordinate or lead assessments to enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprints, including regulatory compliance, net zero planning, and property sustainability reviews.\nPerform site inspections across the UK, with occasional international travel, to evaluate client assets.\nOversee a global pool of trusted subcontractors to assist with specialised project elements.\nStrengthen client partnerships, attend key meetings, and uncover new business prospects.\nContribute to growth initiatives by producing engaging visuals, reports, and online content to showcase expertise and attract opportunities.\nInvestigate sustainability trends and craft compelling articles or posts for digital platforms.\nHelp achieve financial objectives and support the adoption of tech-driven solutions.\n(Desirable) Apply energy simulation tools to advise on carbon risk and regulatory compliance.\n(Essential) Set a high standard, fostering a vibrant team culture while upholding strict professionalism and confidentiality.\n\nWhat experience you’ll have as a Sustainability Consultant:\n\nA technical degree related to real estate (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, or Property Surveying).\nProven expertise in sustainability reporting, with specific experience in GRESB projects, ideally in real estate investment or management.\nDeep understanding of critical frameworks like GRESB, alongside carbon reduction goals, emissions tracking, and industry standards.\nA proactive mindset with the ability to juggle urgent priorities in a dynamic environment.\nConfidence to work independently, spotting and addressing issues before they escalate.\nAbility to develop evidence-backed solutions using scientific and social insights.\nStrong interpersonal skills, paired with excellent organisation and analytical abilities.\nFluency in English (a second language is a plus) with exceptional communication and precision.\nEnthusiasm, initiative, and a track record of delivering results.\n\nWhy Join Our Client?\n\nLocated in the City of London, our client promotes a flexible culture focused on meaningful outcomes.
