Customer Service Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Customer Service Manager to join a growing business in Winchester.
This pivotal role will bridge the gap between sales and production, ensuring customers receive a seamless and exceptional service from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient order-to-delivery process
• Act as the key liaison between sales, production planning, finance, purchasing, technical, dispatch and customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the high-end, 5-star market
• Collaborate with the Export Sales Manager to support international clients and understand diverse cultural needs
• Develop and optimise customer service functions, leveraging strong influencing and organisational skills
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving and process improvements
• Continuously refine customer service processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction
