The role
we are looking for a demi chef de partie from a fresh food background to run one of the sections in the kitchen. You will ensure your section is ready for service, prep your fridge and cook in service to a good rosette level. This role will include all the normal demi chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a demi chef de partie with good knife skills, use fresh food, from a rosette background.
