Resident Maintenance Engineer, Grantham
Working 12-hour rotating days and nights with excellent company benefits including private healthcare and contributory pension scheme.
The Role – Resident Maintenance Engineer
* Break down and planned preventative maintenance on automated machinery including cranes; conveyors; vertical lifts; monorail system and deep freeze high bay.
* Work in a cold environment (-18 degrees)
* Undertake scheduled repairs according to manufacturers' recommendations and industry standard practices.
* Prioritise system faults.
* Ensure quality of output at all times.
* Accurately record all work undertaken.
* Involvement in continuous improvement projects.
* Comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times.
The Person – Resident Maintenance Engineer
* An apprentice-trained Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or equivalent qualification.
* Experience working with automated machinery is ideal but not essential as training will be provided.
* Happy to work at heights.
* This is a customer-facing role so you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Experience working with a CMMS system.
