Correla are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work collaboratively with the sales and product teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new customers, successfully guiding them through software setup, training, and ongoing product usage.
Salary: c£65,000 dependant upon skills and experience

About the Role
* Assist customers with software setup and navigation, ensuring they are comfortable using the platform.
* Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and educational materials to enhance product adoption and customer knowledge.
* Promote the value and benefits of Correla's SaaS products, driving increased customer engagement and usage.
* Regularly engage with customers to understand their usage patterns, needs, and satisfaction levels, ensuring continuous value delivery.
* Monitor customer feedback creating KPIs to include customer satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer retention rate, and upsell/cross-sell growth within existing accounts, addressing complaints and concerns, working proactively to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
* Provide monthly service reports to customers, highlighting key usage metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimizing product use.
About You
* Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role within a SaaS environment.
* Proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions and turn negative situations into positive outcomes.
* Ability to take complex information, including data, and simplify it for stakeholders, deriving actionable insight.
