Our client is a respected fit-out contractor delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors, with a primary focus on office fit-outs. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. Role Overview: As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for site operations, ensuring all aspects of the fit-out process run smoothly. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and uphold health & safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing office fit-out projects from start to finish. Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors to ensure timely project completion. Implementing and enforcing health & safety procedures on-site. Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality control at all stages. Managing project schedules, budgets, and reporting progress to senior management. Problem-solving and addressing any site-related issues that may arise. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the fit-out sector, particularly with office projects. Strong knowledge of site management, health & safety regulations, and subcontractor coordination. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Relevant industry qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred).
