Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a new team member who is passionate about digital products and relishes the opportunity to be involved in managing multiple innovative software projects every month. This person will be responsible for managing projects from early client interactions to delivery and through the multiple iterations that follow which will require working with different stakeholders, both internal and external.
What you’ll actually be doing:
* Working with clients and our Lead Developers to scope the functionality of MVP projects
* Managing progress of multiple MVP builds in tandem, requiring the ability to efficiently juggle separate workstreams
* Testing the products to ensure they hit the scope required
* Performing product demos to clients to showcase user journeys and overall progress of the product development
* Managing client feedback and communicating it efficiently for the development team to action
* Leading the continual improvement of our product delivery process by finding areas for optimization and further innovation
The attributes you’ll need:
* Relentless organisational skills
* 2+ years' experience in product or project management (preferably involving digital products)
* Discipline in meeting deadlines
* Ability to communicate proactively, accurately and positively
