We are looking for a lead PMO to join out Digital Technology business on a permanent basis based at Trinity House in Nottingham.
As a Lead PMO within UK Digital Technology, you'll be working with colleagues across various functions to support the successful delivery of the UK Change Portfolio. Your leadership will make a positive impact on our business operations and strategic goals, using your expertise to build new flexible ways of working in line with our move to product and DevOps, whilst continuing to support effective project delivery.

Here's what you'll be doing
Leading the Enabling Services team (PMO) to provide oversight, support governance, and reporting for all projects within the UK Change Plan.
Be an advocate and ambassador for the team and its services across the E.ON UK business areas.
Developing and implementing Enabling Services to enhance product / project delivery.
Leading on Digitising the Demand and Governance team, taking on the planning, organising, communication and undertaking Quality Assurance of the outcomes.
Leading the transition for Demand & Governance to support DevOps ways of working.
Driving continuous improvement across Enabling Services ensuring effective, efficient and digitised processes.
Planning the implementation of the forward view on Capacity Planning & Resource Management for Expert Services and wider, and once delivered taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations.
Monitoring product / project performance and providing guidance to delivery leads.
Growing and supporting an engaging environment within the team and our stakeholders.
Encouraging a positive challenge environment to ensure we are ‘doing the right things’ and ‘doing things right’, and being compliant with relevant regulations and governance.
Providing training, coaching, and mentorship to product / project managers and team members.
Owning the communication for the Demand and Governance team, being pro-active on sharing key outcomes, successes, knowledge and requirements.
Networking with teams across E.ON and with external partners to leverage the latest best practices and opportunities.
Creating and maintaining a personal development plan, including opportunities for professional growth and learning, and to develop this role to continuous add greater levels of value over time. What we need from you
A real passion for continuous improvement, new ideas, new approaches to grow the enabling services concept.
Be brave, progressive and impactful as the Demand and Governance team develop during 2025 and beyond.
A keen interest in staying up to date with industry best practices and advancements in project management methodologies.
Familiarity with product / project management software and tools, such as Asana, Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of product / project management principles and an ability to apply this knowledge to drive transition from PMO to Enabling Services and the adoption of appropriate DevOps ways of working.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
