Simply Education is currently working with an SEMH school in Gainsborough to recruit a dedicated and resilient English Teacher to join their team. This will be a full-time position starting in 2025. The ideal candidate will have experience as a curriculum lead and within senior leadership as the role will include these responsibilities. You will be part of a school that aims to change pupils' lives for the better through personalised learning and preparation for life.

* Previous experience working in SEMH, SEN, or a similar educational setting.
* Previous experience as a curriculum lead and/or in a senior leadership role.
* A high level of resilience and the ability to manage and support challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner.
* A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young people.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified teacher status.
* Strong understanding of SEMH and related behavioural strategies.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
